Bu gizlilik politikası, Squating futbol bilgi yarışması uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullandığınızda hangi kişisel verilerinizin toplandığını, bu verilerin nasıl kullanıldığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını ve verileriniz üzerindeki haklarınızı açıklar.

Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki aydınlatma yükümlülüğünü ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamındaki bilgilendirme yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

1. Veri Sorumlusu ve İletişim

Squating, tek başına çalışan bireysel bir geliştirici tarafından geliştirilip yayınlanmaktadır; arkasında bir şirket veya ekip bulunmaz. Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla bu bireysel geliştirici ("biz") tarafından işlenir.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

2.1 Hesap bilgileri

Uygulamaya nasıl giriş yaptığınıza göre farklı bilgiler toplanır:

Misafir olarak devam et	E-posta, ad veya şifre istenmez. Yalnızca rastgele bir anonim kimlik oluşturulur ve size "Misafir 1234" gibi bir ad verilir.

Şifreniz Google Firebase Authentication tarafından güvenli biçimde yönetilir. Şifrenizi biz dahil hiç kimse düz metin olarak göremez.

Her hesaba ayrıca bir oyuncu kimliği (ör. KADRO-1234) atanır ve seçtiğiniz avatar kaydedilir. Bunlara ek olarak hesabın oluşturulma tarihi, hesap türü (misafir veya kayıtlı) ve misafir hesabınızı kalıcı hesaba çevirdiyseniz bunun tarihi saklanır.

2.4 Tercihler

Favori takımınız, uygulama dili ve ses seviyesi. Bu tercihler hem hesabınızda hem cihazınızda saklanır, böylece farklı cihazlarda da korunur.

2.5 Teknik veriler

Uygulama doğrulama bilgisi: Uygulamaya gelen isteklerin gerçekten resmi Squating uygulamasından geldiğini doğrulamak için Firebase App Check kullanılır. Bu işlem Android'de Google Play Integrity, iOS'ta Apple App Attest aracılığıyla yapılır.
IP adresi ve istek kayıtları: Uygulama internete bağlandığında, kullandığımız hizmet sağlayıcılar (bkz. Bölüm 6) teknik olarak IP adresinizi görür ve güvenlik amacıyla istek kayıtları tutabilir.
Uygulama sürümü: Yalnızca cihazınızda, yeni bir güncelleme olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için okunur. Sunucuya gönderilmez.

3. Toplamadığımız Veriler

Squating şunları yapmaz:

❌ Reklam göstermez ve reklam kimliğinizi kullanmaz

❌ Kişisel verilerinizi satmaz, kiralamaz veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz
❌ Size pazarlama e-postası göndermez. Yalnızca talep ettiğinizde şifre sıfırlama e-postası gönderilir.

5. Verilerinizi Kimler Görebilir

5.1 Diğer oyuncular

Oyunun sosyal özellikleri gereği, uygulama içinde diğer oyuncular şunları görebilir:

Herkes (sıralama tablosunda): görünen adınız, oyuncu kimliğiniz, avatarınız, seviyeniz ve XP'niz
Arkadaşlarınız: yukarıdakilere ek olarak çevrimiçi durumunuz
Aynı odadaki oyuncular: o maçtaki skorunuz ve cevap durumunuz

E-posta adresiniz, doğum tarihiniz ve cinsiyetiniz uygulama arayüzünde diğer oyunculara gösterilmez.

5.2 Geliştirici

Uygulamanın geliştiricisi, Bölüm 2'de listelenen hesap verilerinizin tamamına (e-posta, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet ve oyun verileri dahil) yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla erişebilir:

Destek taleplerinizi yanıtlamak
Güvenliği sağlamak, hile ve kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek
Veri erişim, düzeltme ve silme taleplerinizi yerine getirmek
Yasal yükümlülüklere uymak

Bu erişim, internete açık olmayan ve şifreyle korunan bir yönetim aracı üzerinden yapılır.

5.3 Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yetkili makamlar

Uygulamanın çalışması için kullandığımız hizmet sağlayıcılar Bölüm 6'da listelenmiştir. Ayrıca yasal bir zorunluluk olması halinde veriler yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla paylaşılabilir.

6.2 İçerik sunucuları

Uygulamadaki bazı görseller ve yazı tipleri, görüntülendiği anda aşağıdaki sunuculardan yüklenir. Bu sunucular hesap bilgilerinizi almaz. Ancak internetin çalışma şekli gereği, içeriği cihazınıza iletirken IP adresinizi ve cihaz/tarayıcı bilgilerinizi teknik olarak görebilirler:

6.3 Yurt dışına aktarım

Hesap ve oyun verileriniz, Google'ın Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunan sunucularında saklanır. Bu nedenle kişisel verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmaktadır.

Google, uluslararası veri aktarımlarında Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından onaylanan standart sözleşme hükümlerini uygulamakta ve AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi kapsamında sertifikalıdır. Aktarım, KVKK'nın 9. maddesi ve GDPR'ın V. Bölümü kapsamında öngörülen güvencelere uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilir.

7. Verileri Ne Kadar Süre Saklıyoruz

Hesap ve oyun verileri: Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde silinir (bkz. Bölüm 8).
Misafir hesaplar: Süre sınırı olmaksızın saklanır, böylece istediğiniz kadar misafir olarak oynayabilirsiniz. Ancak misafir hesabın şifresi olmadığı için uygulamayı silmeniz, uygulama verilerini temizlemeniz, cihaz değiştirmeniz veya çıkış yapmanız halinde bu hesaba bir daha erişilemez. Bu durumda verilerin silinmesini Bölüm 8.2'deki yolla talep edebilirsiniz.
Hizmet sağlayıcı kayıtları: Google'ın güvenlik ve yedekleme amacıyla tuttuğu teknik kayıtlar ve yedekler, Google'ın kendi saklama süreleri boyunca muhafaza edilir.
Yasal zorunluluklar: Mevzuat daha uzun bir saklama süresi öngörüyorsa, veriler bu süre boyunca saklanır.

8. Hesap ve Veri Silme

8.1 Uygulama içinden

Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı Sil yolunu izleyerek hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Güvenliğiniz için şifreniz veya Google hesabınızla kimliğinizi yeniden doğrulamanız istenir. Misafir hesaplarda doğrulama gerekmez.

Silme işleminde şunlar anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir:

8.2 Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız

mbkapp25@gmail.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin:

E-posta veya Google ile kayıtlıysanız: e-postayı hesabınıza kayıtlı adresten gönderin.
Misafir hesaplar için: oyuncu kimliğinizi (ör. KADRO-1234) belirtin.

Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

8.3 Geride kalabilecek sınırlı bilgiler

Gönderdiğiniz ancak karşı tarafın henüz yanıtlamadığı arkadaşlık isteklerinde, karşı tarafın listesinde kullanıcı kimliğiniz kalabilir. Uygulama bu durumda adınızı göstermez.
Geçmiş çok oyunculu oda kayıtlarında görünen adınız ve kullanıcı kimliğiniz yer alabilir.

Bu bilgilerin de silinmesini Bölüm 8.2'deki e-posta adresine yazarak talep edebilirsiniz.

9. Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
Verilerin işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
Verilerin aktarıldığı yurt içi veya yurt dışı üçüncü kişileri bilme
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
Verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
Düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
Verilerin kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
(GDPR) Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış ve yaygın kullanılan bir biçimde alma (veri taşınabilirliği) ve meşru menfaate dayanan işlemeye itiraz etme

Şikâyet hakkı: Başvurunuzun sonucundan memnun kalmazsanız Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, Avrupa Birliği'nde ise bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

10. Çocukların Gizliliği

Squating, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

13 yaşından küçükseniz (veya bulunduğunuz ülkede dijital hizmetler için aranan asgari yaş daha yüksekse, o yaşın altındaysanız) uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyninizin veya velinizin izniyle kullanın.
Ebeveyn veya veliyseniz ve çocuğunuzun izniniz olmadan hesap oluşturduğunu düşünüyorsanız mbkapp25@gmail.com adresine yazın. Hesap ve ilgili veriler silinecektir.

11. Güvenlik

Verilerinizi korumak için şu önlemleri alıyoruz:

Uygulama ile sunucular arasındaki tüm iletişim şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden yapılır.
Veritabanı erişimi güvenlik kurallarıyla sınırlandırılmıştır: oturum açmamış kişiler kullanıcı verilerine erişemez ve bir kullanıcı başka bir kullanıcının hesap ve oyun verilerini değiştiremez.
Firebase App Check ile yalnızca resmi uygulamadan gelen isteklerin kabul edilmesi hedeflenir.
Şifreler Firebase Authentication tarafından yönetilir ve düz metin olarak saklanmaz.
Şifre değiştirme ve hesap silme gibi hassas işlemler öncesinde kimliğiniz yeniden doğrulanır.

Hiçbir internet hizmeti veya elektronik depolama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir. Verilerinizi korumak için makul önlemleri almakla birlikte mutlak güvenlik garanti edemeyiz.

12. Cihazınızda Saklanan Bilgiler

Uygulama, düzgün çalışabilmek için cihazınızda şunları saklar:

Oturum bilgisi: Her açılışta yeniden giriş yapmanıza gerek kalmaması için
Dil ve favori takım tercihi: Uygulamanın doğru dilde ve takım renklerinizle hızlıca açılması için
Görsel önbelleği: Oyuncu fotoğraflarının ve bayrakların tekrar tekrar indirilmemesi için

Mobil uygulama çerez kullanmaz. Uygulama, reklam veya takip amaçlı çerez ya da benzeri teknolojiler kullanmaz.

Android'de uygulama verileriniz cihaz yedeklerine ve cihazlar arası aktarıma dahil edilmez. Bu, oturum bilgilerinizin başka bir cihaza kopyalanmasını önlemek içindir.

13. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemelerde bu sayfanın başındaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Önemli değişiklikleri ayrıca uygulama içinde bildiririz.

This privacy policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the Squating football trivia app (the "App"), how that data is used, who it is shared with, and your rights over your data.

It is intended to meet the transparency obligations of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller and Contact

Squating is developed and published by a single independent developer; there is no company or team behind it. Your personal data is processed by this independent developer ("we", "us") as the data controller.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account information

What we collect depends on how you sign in:

Email sign-up	Email address, username, password, date of birth, gender
Sign in with Google	The name and email address on your Google account; you are then asked for your date of birth and gender. Your Google profile photo is not stored.
Continue as guest	No email, name or password is required. Only a random anonymous ID is created, and you receive a name such as "Guest 1234".

Your password is managed securely by Google Firebase Authentication. No one, including us, can see your password in plain text.

Every account is also assigned a player ID (e.g. KADRO-1234), and the avatar you choose is saved. We also store the date the account was created, the account type (guest or registered) and, if you converted a guest account into a permanent one, the date you did so.

2.2 Game data

2.3 Social and multiplayer features

2.4 Preferences

Your favorite team, app language and sound volume. These are stored both in your account and on your device, so they carry over between devices.

2.5 Technical data

App verification: Firebase App Check is used to verify that requests genuinely come from the official Squating app. This is done through Google Play Integrity on Android and Apple App Attest on iOS.
IP address and request logs: When the App connects to the internet, the service providers we use (see Section 6) technically see your IP address and may keep request logs for security purposes.
App version: Read only on your device to check whether an update is available. It is not sent to our servers.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Squating does not:

❌ Access your contacts, photos, camera or microphone
❌ Ask for your phone number
❌ Show ads or use your advertising ID
❌ Use third-party analytics or tracking tools
❌ Sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
❌ Send you marketing emails. A password reset email is sent only when you request one.

5. Who Can See Your Data

5.1 Other players

Because the game has social features, other players can see the following inside the App:

Everyone (on the leaderboard): your display name, player ID, avatar, level and XP
Your friends: all of the above, plus your online status
Players in the same room: your score and answer status in that match

Your email address, date of birth and gender are not shown to other players in the App's interface.

5.2 The developer

The developer of the App can access all of the account data listed in Section 2 (including email, date of birth, gender and game data) only for the following purposes:

Responding to your support requests
Keeping the service secure and detecting cheating and abuse
Fulfilling your requests to access, correct or delete your data
Complying with legal obligations

This access takes place through a password-protected administration tool that is not exposed to the internet.

5.3 Service providers and authorities

The service providers we use to run the App are listed in Section 6. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.

6.2 Content servers

Some images and fonts in the App are loaded from the servers below at the moment they are displayed. These servers do not receive your account information. However, due to how the internet works, they can technically see your IP address and device/browser information while delivering the content:

How these servers handle data is governed by their own privacy policies.

6.3 International transfers

Your account and game data is stored on Google servers located in the United States. Your personal data is therefore transferred outside Turkey and the European Economic Area.

Google applies the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for international transfers and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfers are carried out in line with the safeguards required by Article 9 of the KVKK and Chapter V of the GDPR.

7. How Long We Keep Data

Account and game data: Kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted when you delete your account (see Section 8).
Guest accounts: Kept with no time limit, so you can play as a guest for as long as you like. However, because a guest account has no password, it cannot be recovered if you uninstall the App, clear its data, switch devices or sign out. In that case you can request deletion of the data using the method in Section 8.2.
Service provider records: Technical logs and backups kept by Google for security and backup purposes are retained according to Google's own retention periods.
Legal requirements: Where the law requires a longer retention period, data is kept for that period.

8. Account and Data Deletion

8.1 In the App

You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. For your security, you will be asked to confirm your identity with your password or Google account. Guest accounts do not require confirmation.

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:

Your sign-in account
Your profile, XP, level, coins, jokers and card collection
Your preferences and the game invites you received
Your entry in your friends' lists

This action cannot be undone.

8.2 If you cannot access the App

Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" to mbkapp25@gmail.com:

If you signed up with email or Google: send it from the email address registered to your account.
For guest accounts: include your player ID (e.g. KADRO-1234).

Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest.

8.3 Limited information that may remain

Friend requests you sent that the other person has not yet answered may keep your user ID in their list. The App does not show your name in that case.
Past multiplayer room records may contain your display name and user ID.

You can also request deletion of this information by writing to the address in Section 8.2.

9. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR, you have the right to:

Know whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of your data
Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties who received the data
Object to a decision against you that results solely from automated processing
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
(GDPR) Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interests

How to apply: Send your request to mbkapp25@gmail.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

Right to complain: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Turkey, or with the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.

10. Children's Privacy

Squating is not directed at children under 13.

If you are under 13 (or under the minimum age for digital services in your country, if higher), use the App only with the permission of your parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child created an account without your permission, write to mbkapp25@gmail.com and the account and related data will be deleted.

11. Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

All communication between the App and servers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Database access is restricted by security rules: people who are not signed in cannot access user data, and one user cannot modify another user's account or game data.
Firebase App Check helps ensure that only requests from the official app are accepted.
Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text.
Your identity is re-verified before sensitive actions such as changing your password or deleting your account.

No internet service or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Information Stored on Your Device

To work properly, the App stores the following on your device:

Session information: so you don't have to sign in every time you open the App
Language and favorite team: so the App opens quickly in the right language and with your team's colors
Image cache: so player photos and flags are not downloaded repeatedly

The mobile app does not use cookies. The App does not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or tracking.

On Android, your app data is excluded from device backups and device-to-device transfers. This prevents your session information from being copied to another device.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will also notify you of significant changes inside the App.
